What to write about

• A calculation looks wrong. This is the most valuable message you can send. Tell us the calculator, the values you entered and the result you expected. We check every report and correct genuine errors quickly.
• A calculator you wish existed. Describe the project and the numbers you need. Requests that come up repeatedly move to the top of the build list.
• Outdated cost or material data. Regional pricing shifts. If a range no longer matches what you are quoted locally, let us know which figure and which region.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion, or opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information. See our privacy policy for what these rights cover.
• Accessibility barriers. Tell us the page and the assistive technology involved. Our accessibility statement sets out our commitment and response time.
• Partnerships, press and licensing. Including permission to reproduce content beyond a short quotation.
• Copyright or legal notices. Include the work concerned, the URL and your contact details.

What we are unable to do

We are publishers of calculation tools rather than a contracting business, so a few things fall outside what we can offer. We are unable to provide individual engineering, structural, code-compliance or legal advice, to produce a binding quote for your project, or to recommend, vet or arrange a specific contractor.
